Dusty Potter, BC-HIS Wichita Falls, Texas

I run hearing practices, and I build the systems that run them.

Twenty-five years in hearing care. I own a multi-location practice here in Wichita Falls, and I run the agency and the office management system that hearing practices across the country run on. Closer to home, I market Wichita Falls venues and local businesses. If you came for time on my calendar, it takes about a minute.

Chair

Board certified in hearing instrument sciences. I chair the Texas state advisory board for hearing instrument fitters and dispensers. When I recommend something to a practice, it is usually already running in mine.

What I run

Three companies, one patient journey.

Get the patient in the door, keep the follow-up running, and prove it all in the numbers. Each of these handles a different part of that.

My practice

Where everything gets tested first

My own multi-location hearing practice. Every system I sell runs here with my front desk and my patients before a client ever sees it.

The agency

Marketing judged by patients, not clicks

Marketing for hearing practices, measured in appointments kept and lifetime value, never cost per lead. Most of the growth is already sitting in a practice's own patient database. Clients run on amplifyCRM Pro.

The office management system

The hearing care OMS that makes your practice easier to run, more profitable, and more valuable to sell.

Built in 2016 by a practice owner who could not find software that fit the work. The Growth Engine keeps patient follow-up running on its own, and every location shows up on one screen.

Closer to home

Wichita Falls venues and local businesses.

Same systems, different room. A venue lives on its calendar: every show needs a listing, a ticket link, the band's photo and a post before the weekend. I run that for venues here at home, and I take on a few local businesses that want marketing judged by the register, not the likes.

One calendar, everywhere
Shows are entered once and land on the venue's own site, with ticket links attached.
Artists handled
Booking intake, lineups, per-act pay and band photos in one place instead of a text thread.
Every show promoted
Artwork and posts go out on schedule, so a Tuesday act gets the same push as a Saturday headliner.
Measured at the door
Tickets sold and nights filled, not impressions.
